St. George’s, Grenada - - I’m Local a Grenadian technology company in the travel & tourism industry, with the goal of becoming the #1 travel app in the Caribbean, is currently undergoing a company restructuring. After recently winning the 2019 Caribbean Technology Entrepreneurship Programme (CTEP), In which grant funding and business support is being provided, a decision has been made to license 2 divisions of the company to a local business owner or young entrepreneur. This will allow their customers to continue to enjoy some of the services they have come to enjoy from I’m Local.
These divisions include:
I’m Local Private Taxi & Tours: This division provides visitors and locals, private on-demand island tours and taxi services 24/7. I’m Local is looking to partner with someone in Grenada to Become the Licensed Owner, Apply Today. Includes Toyota Noah, smartphone phone, new website with e-commerce, social media marketing, printed business cards & brochures, business plan, existing contracts and much more.
I’m Local Event & Beach Rentals: This division provides visitors and locals private on-demand beach party planning and event rental services. I’m Local is looking to partner with someone to Become the Licensed Owner, Apply Today. Includes Mitsubishi Pajero, rental equipment, new website with e-commerce, social media marketing, printed business cards & brochures, business plan, existing contracts and much more.
Over the next 6 months I'm Local CEO will be working closely with the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship out of Jamaica as part of their prize from the CTEP Program. The centre specifically recruits entrepreneurs who are passionate about people, planet and profit and who can act as socially-minded change makers in their communities. The centre takes a personalized and family-like approach, so that recruits can form meaningful relationships and links to help each other’s businesses grow.
