Enjoy a private dinner for two aboard a refurbished 51' Schooner while anchored off Pandy Beach ( between St.George's and Grand Anse Beach)
Pick up is at one of our 3 locations at 5:30 pm to get settled in on board, with drink in hand to watch a fabulous sunset on the water.
Open bar serving premium drinks, wine, or non-alcoholic choices.
Drop off ashore is at 9 pm.
Below are the menu choices. One choice per table for each course. Believe me you will not be disappointed!
Maximum of 8 people for a sit down dinner.
Italian style antipasti platter or
Mexican style appetizer platter
2 nd COURSE:
Local pumpkin soup with a creamy nutmeg topping or
Salad with honey-lime-vinaigrette
All served with fresh baked bread
Seared tuna steak in sesame coat with Asian vegetables and coconut rice or
Chicken tournado with ratatouille and crunchy potatoes or
½ lobster with a butter-garlic topping, vegetables and crunchy potatoes (only in season with a mark-up of $15 US per person)
4 th COURSE:
Key lime pie or
Mousse au chocolate
All served with fresh local fruits
